DEVELOPMENT EDITING & PROJECT CONSULTING

I work with a wide range of clients, including national foundations, non-profit clients, and national magazines. I help plan large projects, brainstorm story ideas, and focus narratives. I also work as a developmental editor (and occasional writer) on major articles and foundation projects.

Clients include: Global Center for Gender Equality at Stanford, providing technical assistance in support of the gender integration initiative at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation; United Way Bay Area; Bay City News Foundation; Craftsmanship Quarterly; Mother Jones magazine; California Academy of Sciences; Oakland Museum of California; and private individuals.
